Why We Started the Company

After more than 25 years in the digital marketing ecosystem, I've participated in two successful exits and developed multiple 8-figure businesses across technology and marketing disciplines. My journey has been rich with experiences, insights, and countless lessons learned. However, as I reflected on my career, I realized that the most rewarding moments were the successes and the ability to leverage those experiences to guide others.

Elegant Disruption was born out of this desire—to bring our knowledge and expertise to founders and CEOs striving to reach the next level. We saw a way to frame everything we've learned and pass it along to clients who needed that extra push to break through their challenges. The goal was to provide strategic guidance that is both practical and impactful, helping businesses navigate complexities and identify new growth opportunities.

How It Started

Right from the start, it was clear that there was a significant demand for our expertise. We immediately dove in with our first three clients, two of whom remain with us today. It became evident that many CEOs, while excellent strategists, were overwhelmed by the day-to-day demands of HR, operations, sales, and marketing. The complexities of running a business often left little room for forward-thinking and innovation.

We quickly realized that the challenge was as simple as executing a structured strategy offsite for the leadership. Even when these sessions were executed flawlessly, team members often returned to their day-to-day routines, leaving game-changing strategies by the wayside. This initial experience underscored a common theme: businesses needed external strategic support to thrive. CEOs were consumed by operational details, leaving a void in strategic vision. Our role was to fill that gap, providing the insights and direction needed to propel their businesses forward.

While we have no illusions that maintaining a perfect NPS score is sustainable long-term—because truly challenging ourselves means facing tough feedback—we have tirelessly worked to overdeliver for our clients. The satisfaction of a job well done continues to drive us.
